eTwinning: The community for schools in Europe
Annual conference and camp: 31 March - 2 April 2011
The annual eTwinning Conference and eTwinning Camp took place for the first time together! Taking place in Budapest, Hungary, over 500 teachers and 120 pupils from 31 countries in Europe met to celebrate success, network and contribute towards the further development of Europe's largest community of schools. The eTwinning Prizes 2011 were also awarded during a special ceremony.
Novotel Congress Hotel, Budapest
The conference took place at the Novotel Congress Hotel and World Trade centre. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and the city centre and is set in a picturesque park of chestnut trees. The historic Castle District of Buda is within easy reach.
